IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION

It is declared that the trademark Eonminu, whether or not it has been registered in the state system (SENADI, WIPO or another institution anywhere on Earth), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and assigned to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction - JCA, integrating into the system all the components declared in this document and all creations of Eonminu published on its official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.

Any prior registration in external systems is considered null and void with regard to the application of authority over its use, interpretation, regulation or oversight, and is recognized only as a precedent for public use, not as a source of legitimacy.

The functional appropriation of this brand has no expiration date, it is declared supraterritorial and operates with neutrality in relation to any conventional, state or transitional system.

X. SOVEREIGN ASSIGNMENT

The Eonminu brand is formally attached to the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, under the principle of functional neutrality and supraterritorial protection.
