Private law basis created by Mauro Rojas, developed in Eonminu® for operation on a local, national, regional, and/or international scale.

Motivated by his social commitment and his legal status as a living and legally self-determined man, Mauro Rojas, Founder & CEO of Eonminu®, and Founder/President of the Association of Entrepreneurs of Ecuador™, created the ius universalis™ as a system of private law that seeks to contribute to the reinvention of social structures on a global scale.

IUS UNIVERSALIS™ is a functional structure developed as a Legal Basis for the full self-determined exercise of individual rights, to be applied in a plurilateral manner.

The creation process of IUS UNIVERSALIS™ began in December 2022, taking shape as a result of the Legal Transition Execution announced by Mauro Rojas on his digital platforms in April 2023, until placing the first publicly notified seed in April 2024, on his official website.
