I. REAFFIRMATION STATEMENT

The Sovereign Architect, Mauro Rojas, in full exercise of his original authority, consecrates through this act legal sovereignty as living law, activating the Legal Curatorship as a sovereign body for review, purification and doctrinal alignment of the integrated set of instruments consecrated in the 2023 cycle and at the opening of the current 2024 cycle.

II. CONSOLIDATION OF LEGAL CURATORSHIP

Legal Curatorship is declared as:

• Permanent, self-executing, and non-subordinate sovereign function;
• Body of doctrinal, vibrational and semantic safeguarding of all acts enshrined in JOUS and JCA;
• Mechanism for validating and protecting the Jurisdictional Executive Activation (AEJ) instruments, ensuring their consistency with the founding principles of 2022 (IAS phase) and the 2023 transition (ICJ phase);
• Operational axis for the preparation of the closing events of the 2025 cycle, including but not limited to the Sovereign Harvest Act.
