I, Mauro Rojas, a fully-fledged Sovereign Original Individual, self-determined by Living Law, pre-juridical, pre-legal, and pre-state, fully exercising my Original Authority as Sovereign Architect and Founder in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — a supraterritorial sovereign private law system — founded on documented legal principles since 2022 and enshrined by Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, declare the following:
FIRST
That, in accordance with the Primordial Act of Absolute Self-Determination and Foundation of Private Jurisdiction, issued on December 26, 2022, and published on December 29, 2022, all companies, ventures, social organizations with or without profit, as well as all patrimonial or commercial structures, and trademarks linked to my creative action and sovereign will, under the domain, ownership, direction, sovereign authority, or legitimate influence —direct or indirect— are formally integrated into the sovereign private regulatory system called Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA.
In detail, this document extends its shielding effect to:
- a. Companies registered by the Sovereign Architect and Founder in the traditional or state system;
- b. The non-profit organization of an associative nature, registered by the Sovereign Architect and Founder in the traditional or state system;
- c. Trademarks under the domain of their creator and sovereign owner, whether or not in operational use, registered or unregistered;
- d. Any other functional figure operated directly from the sovereign legal will of the Sovereign Architect and Founder.
SECOND
That, as such, the sovereign entities and assets included in this document are legally protected by the sovereign regulatory body that governs my self-determination, and are subject exclusively to ethical principles of private governance, voluntary contractual rules, and operating protocols defined by this jurisdiction, not subordinate to traditional state systems.
THIRD
Therefore, any attempt at inspection, subpoena, audit, control, suspension, closure, blocking, coercion or interference of any kind on said structures by public entities, supposed administrative authorities or banking entities without contractual consent, will be considered an act of illegitimate and extrajurisdictional intervention.
FOURTH
That this protection is based on the principle of sovereign contractuality, the right to legal resistance, respect for the principle of good faith, and the existence of documented notifications that were made starting in February 2022, including official channels and social platforms.
FIFTH
That any intervention or coercive act not consented to against these sovereign entities and assets, assigned to JCA, will generate direct patrimonial liability in accordance with what this jurisdiction establishes through compensation mechanisms for interventions or interruptions that are implemented against the integrated rights of the Sovereign Architect and Founder, as an expression of comprehensive reparation for the damages caused, including material, contractual, reputational, psychological, moral or social effects.
SIXTH
That this protection will be applicable from the date of its official publication on the sovereign jurisdictional platform, extending with retroactive effect in accordance with the principles of sovereign law in force in this jurisdiction, and is projected towards the future, integrating into the regulations projected to be implemented in the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA-JOUS.
That this document forms part of the living doctrinal body that grants jurisdictional operability, legal functionality and legal validity to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction and may be updated, expanded, rectified or consolidated in future versions by its issuing Authority, in accordance with the structural and functional evolution of the sovereign jurisdictional system. Any subsequent version will maintain the doctrinal validity of this act in its causes, effects and consequences.
