I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, pre-legal, pre-legal and pre-state, legally self-determined by Living Law, and exercising my private jurisdiction in accordance with the legal principles documented since 2022, establish:

This registry is declared permanent, everlasting, and binding at the supraterritorial level, and is recognized as a founding act registered in the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction – JCA under the principles of functional neutrality, absolute self-determination, and symbolic sovereignty. 2. COLOR SYSTEM
The root components of the Training Development System are originally proposed in monochromatic mode, however, and according to the application context, the use of color can be diverse and recursive, for this reason a defined color palette is not established.
3. STAMP APPLICATION
A sample application of the Training Development System seal is included to certify diplomas from the EXPLORERS OF INFINITY workshop of the Imaginary Chronicle brand, delivered at the closing of the program in December 2022.

VIII. EVIDENCE OF USE
Due to its formative nature, the Training Development System currently operates without official public dissemination channels, given that its activation is in the process of strategic planning in accordance with doctrinal, functional and operational feasibility criteria.
Verifiable evidence of use and functional expression of the system can be consulted in section V. Functional Traceability of the Brand, where its preliminary and structural manifestations are documented.
The evaluation for the implementation of official channels is being developed within the sovereign planning framework of the SDF, and will be carried out in accordance with the principles of neutrality, formative purpose, and jurisdictional coherence.
IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION
It is declared that the Training Development System, whether or not it has been registered in state systems (SENADI, WIPO or other institutions anywhere in the world), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and assigned to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction - JCA, integrating into the system all the components declared in this document, as well as any creation linked to the SDF that is published in official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.
Any prior registration in external systems is considered null and void in terms of authority over its use, interpretation, regulation or oversight, and is recognized only as a precedent for public use, not as a source of legitimacy.
The functional appropriation of this system has no expiration date, it is declared supraterritorial and operates with neutrality in relation to any conventional, state or transitional system.
X. SOVEREIGN ASSIGNMENT
The Training Development System is formally attached to the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, under the principle of functional neutrality and supraterritorial protection.
The Training Development System is recognized as part of the sovereign educational infrastructure of the JCA ecosystem, and is integrated into the jurisdictional archive as a symbolic, operational and doctrinal asset.
The membership has permanent and operational effects within the Living Legal System of the JCA, and constitutes an everlasting document of formative, functional and sovereign legitimacy, without territorial, institutional, temporal, or fictitious restriction of any kind.
