FORMACIÓN EJECUTIVA PERMANENTE™, also known as FEP™, is a product created for the ASOCIACIÓN DE EMPRENDEDORES DEL ECUADOR™ for building its autonomous business training system, generating authentic content from the experience of the Executives of the Organization.

The entire program of the pilot season of FORMACIÓN EJECUTIVA PERMANENTE™ was visually developed as a high profile educational product

The fundamental concept of FORMACIÓN EJECUTIVA PERMANENTE™ is built from individual self-determination to materialize knowledge, using cases close to local and national reality, so that attendees can be nourished with first-hand developments already tested in the market.

The construction of FORMACIÓN EJECUTIVA PERMANENTE™ was led by Mauro Rojas, and had the active contribution of Maru Moscor, an expert in television production.

Mauro Rojas and Maru Moscor participated in the creation of content, they're the instructors of the ten classes delivered in the first season, in charge of disciplines in which they have extensive experience.

For the first season of FEP™ we developed the program planning, the content delivery scheme, advertising communication on digital platforms and the creation of the final audiovisual product delivered to the attendees of each live class.

With the results obtained from this pilot season, we formulated the conditions applicable for next deliveries, shaping the requirements for joining the ASOCIACIÓN DE EMPRENDEDORES DEL ECUADOR™.

FORMACIÓN EJECUTIVA PERMANENTE™ remains in development to build the formal training system of the ASOCIACIÓN DE EMPRENDEDORES DEL ECUADOR™ in a better defined structure, connected to the membership requirements of the Organization.
