IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION

It is declared that the ONOFFON system, whether or not it has been registered in state systems (SENADI, WIPO or other institutions anywhere in the world), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and assigned to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction - JCA, integrating into the system all the components declared in this document, as well as any intervention, research, publication, symbolic content or action linked to the ONOFFON process that is broadcast on official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.

Any prior registration in external systems is considered null and void in terms of authority over its use, interpretation, regulation or oversight, and is recognized only as a precedent for public use, not as a source of legitimacy.

The functional appropriation of this system has no expiration date, it is declared supraterritorial and operates with neutrality in relation to any conventional, state or transitional system.

X. SOVEREIGN ASSIGNMENT

The ONOFFON system is formally attached to the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction – JCA, under the principle of functional neutrality and supraterritorial protection.

ONOFFON is recognized as part of the symbolic, investigative, and sovereign community infrastructure of the JCA ecosystem, and is integrated into the Jurisdictional Archive as a symbolic, operational, and doctrinal asset.

The membership has permanent and operational effects within the Living Legal System of the JCA, without temporal, territorial or institutional restrictions, and constitutes an everlasting document of functional, symbolic and sovereign community legitimacy, without temporal, territorial, institutional, or fictitious restrictions of any kind.
