I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, pre-legal, pre-legal and pre-state, legally self-determined by Living Law, and exercising my private jurisdiction in accordance with the legal principles documented since 2022, establish:

This registry is declared permanent, everlasting, and binding at the supraterritorial level, and is recognized as a founding act registered in the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction – JCA under the principles of functional neutrality, absolute self-determination, and symbolic sovereignty. IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION
