El sonido del silencio is a 4-minute video performance, where Mauro Rojas executes a free-expression body language through abstract movement, performed and filmed in natural spaces of Guayaquil.
El sonido del silencio premiered at the third edition of the Almanaque de Cuerpos meeting, held in the lobby of the Nahim Isaías Museum in Guayaquil on March 21. Graphic designer Yelena Intriago joined the production team and was in charge of recording and editing the film.
