Branding for gastronomic businesses

'Branding para negocios gastronómicos' is the conference/workshop given by Mauro Rojas to the GUAYAQUIL EMPRENDE community.


Mauro Rojas, Founder & CEO of Eonminu®, gave the conference and workshop 'Branding para negocios gastronómicos' (Branding for gastronomic businesses) to the community of the GUAYAQUIL EMPRENDE Entrepreneurship Center, focused on commercial communication in both physical sales point and the digital platforms. The meeting took place the past October 2, wednesday, in Plaza Guayarte.

Mauro Rojas gave a workshop on commercial photography to restaurant owners, included in La Olla Emprendedora Program.

The topics addressed in this conference took the perspective of a customer who visits a restaurant and their experience with the service, to translate it to the aspect of brand communication in digital spaces.

Mauro Rojas shared his experiences as an instructor during his intervention in LA OLLA EMPRENDEDORA program, organized by the GUAYAQUIL EMPRENDE Entrepreneurship Center's team, to bring marketing, gastronomy and photography classes to restaurants in popular neighborhoods of Guayaquil.

Mauro Rojas is giving a workshop on commercial photography during the conference/workshop 'Branding for gastronomic businesses, given in the Centro de Emprendimiento Guayaquil Emprende, and produced by Eonminu®.

Mauro Rojas also gave a brief guidance about lightning for commercial photography.

In addition, there was an ideal moment to listen to some entrepreneurs attending the event, who presented their business initiatives to obtain suggestions regarding their commercial communication, such as the brand name, images used on their digital posts, and photographs of plating, generating an enriching exchange to polish their progress.

Throughout the session, the main aspects that strengthen a brand to generate more sales were highlighted, underlining on the impressions that the business leaves on the customer to drive brand differentiation: good manners, cleanliness, courtesy, product hygiene, seasoning, etc.

At the end of the conference, a space was set aside to briefly share several suggestions on basic lighting to create product photography, thus guiding communication strategies on digital platforms.
