VIII. EVIDENCE OF USE

Due to its festive, commercial, and community nature, the bizJAM system is currently operating in a strategic planning phase, without public channels for mass dissemination. Its structural deployment is currently underway in accordance with criteria of doctrinal legitimacy, symbolic traceability, and supraterritorial functional architecture.

Verifiable evidence of use and operational expression of the system can be consulted in section V. Functional Traceability of the Brand, where its initial manifestations are documented: activation meetings, pitch sessions, trade fairs, live concerts and community institutional calls.

The evaluation for the eventual activation of public channels is in the process of being evaluated within the sovereign planning framework of bizJAM, and will be executed in accordance with the principles of symbolic neutrality, community-festive purpose and vibrational coherence with the jurisdictional ecosystem JCA.

IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION

It is declared that the bizJAM system, whether or not it has been registered in state, institutional or conventional systems (SENADI, WIPO or other entities anywhere in the world), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator, and assigned to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction - JCA, integrating into the system all the components established in this document, as well as any creation, event, methodology, mentoring, artistic presentation, publication or symbolic content linked to the system that is activated in official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.

Any prior registration in external systems is recognized exclusively as public precedent, without legitimate authority over its use, interpretation or regulation, and is not considered a source of functional legitimacy.

The functional appropriation of the system is permanent, supraterritorial, and neutral, compared to any state system, whether conventional or transitional. Its authority arises from the non-delegable sovereign creative and communal purpose of its creator.

X. SOVEREIGN ASSIGNMENT

The bizJAM system is formally attached to the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital JurisdictionJCA, under the principles of symbolic neutrality, structural legitimacy and supraterritorial protection.
