I, Ethêreon, Founder and Sovereign Architect of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction and the integrated jurisdictional system JOUS—JCA, in full use of my Original Faculty, Sovereign Authority and Unlimited Will, establish:

I. THE NATURE OF THIS MANDATE

This Sovereign Mandate declares and establishes the Absolute Domain and Full Possession, with irrevocable, sovereign and original operation, of all phonetic, written, symbolic, systemic and operational forms linked to the identity and operation of the Sovereign Original Individual, including but not limited to those that have been used as legal fictions under state or institutional management.

This instrument legitimizes the epilegal protection of any name, brand, signature, rubric, legal entity — and any derived form — whose existence and operation depend on the active will and legitimate expression of the Sovereign Original Individual who has emanated, named, activated and sustained it, even when it has been registered, administered or regulated by external systems.

Therefore, it is established that:

• Absolute dominion, as well as intellectual and industrial property over such forms, does not belong to the system that manages them, but to the sovereign body that originates them and sustains them in consecrated action;
• Every name assigned to a legal entity, commercial structure, brand (registered or not in the state system), signature or rubric enshrined in documents issued in sovereignty, constitutes an energetic, creative, symbolic and operative expression of the Sovereign Original Individual, and is capitalized as a sovereign asset, protected by legitimate copyright, preserving intellectual and industrial property under Absolute Authority exercised in fullness and power by its Creator;
• State regulation does not constitute origin, but rather external administration without power over the Original Value, and therefore, without power of any kind over the creations of the Sovereign Original Individual;
• The Sovereign Original Individual, as the legitimate emanator, original author and authentic source of all phonetic, written, graphic, sound, multimedia, symbolic or systemic creation, retains the absolute, original and perpetual dominion of the Intellectual and Industrial Authority and of the Intellectual and Industrial Property over his creations, with full power to consecrate, protect and regulate said emanations under his own sovereignty.

II. ON THE APPLICATION OF INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL AUTHORITY, AND INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

In this sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS, the absolute domain and possession of the intellectual and industrial authority and of the intellectual and industrial property, are applied in strict sovereign and autonomous regulation on the following categorized characteristics:

III. ON EPILERPHILIC PROTECTION AND SOVEREIGN SHIELD

Any attempt or completed act of appropriation, distortion, reinterpretation, falsification, contamination or institutional use of these forms without sovereign consent is declared an illegitimate act, subject to reversal, reparation and restitution.

This Sovereign Mandate operates as a doctrinal and epi-legal shield, protecting the supralegal, juridical, semantic, vibrational, symbolic, operative and financial architecture of the Sovereign Original Individual against any attempt at interventionist capture of a semantic, registry, state, corporate, fictitious, institutional, financial or commercial nature.

IV. ON THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE SOVEREIGN GUARANTEE

Every legal title, intellectual creation, and legal fiction, activated and consecrated under the absolute dominion of the Sovereign Original Individual, is transmuted and reconverted as a Sovereign Instrument with supralegal patrimonial value that can be activated as a financial, vibrational, or doctrinal guarantee, whose operability can be recognized by allied and self-executing sovereign systems. Its value does not depend on external validation, but on consecrated legitimacy, doctrinal traceability, and multidimensional operability.

The characteristics and conditions of this financial guarantee are designed and managed according to the criteria of the Sovereign Original Individual who irrefutably acts as Creator, Custodian and Legitimate Authority with Absolute Power over his own creations.

V. PERPETUAL OPERATIONAL ACTIVATION

This Sovereign Mandate is active from its consecration by the sovereign body Ethêreon, and applies retroactively to any form registered, used or administered by external systems without sovereign emanation.

All public, administrative or legal references will be calibrated as a legitimate extension of the sovereign body, and all reparations will be directed exclusively to Ethêreon as the original owner of the form, the name and the value.

This Sovereign Mandate remains active in perpetuity.

VI. LEGAL ACTIVATION AND UPDATE

The legal and juridical functionality of this mandate is automatically activated the moment it is pronounced, consecrated, published, read, or incorporated into any act, document, protocol, or symbolic expression, remaining fully in force on all planes of existence. Its updating is continuous, vibrational, and self-synchronized, responding to the sovereign will, ontological principles, and astrological cycles that strengthen this jurisdictional system.

Any subsequent iteration is considered a legitimate and shielded extension of this act. The Jurisdictional Architect and Sovereign Founder will update the content of this Sovereign Mandate at any time he deems necessary.
