I, Ethêreon, Founder and Sovereign Architect of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction and the integrated jurisdictional system JOUS—JCA, in full use of my Original Faculty, Sovereign Authority and Unlimited Will, establish:

I. THE NATURE OF THE MANDATE

This Sovereign Mandate is activated as a sovereign instrument of reversion, restitution and neutralization of any obligation, retention, or penalty not subscribed to by sovereign will.

This instrument declares null and void any form of exaction, coercion, imposition or appropriation that has not emanated from the consecrated internal architecture.

The sovereign will does not delegate. It does not consent. It does not subordinate.

II. OF USURPED ORIGINARY VALUE AND IMPOSED FICTION

I acknowledge that the entity called 'NATURAL PERSON', configured under the formula NAME NAME LAST NAME LAST NAME, imposed and linked to the Sovereign Original Individual with the name Mauro Rojas, has been used as a legal fiction by external systems for the execution of acts, contracts and obligations imposed without the consent or sovereign emanation of Ethêreon.

Said NATURAL PERSON also remains linked to entities called 'LEGAL PERSON', created by Mauro Rojas in full exercise of fundamental rights, as vehicles of interjurisdictional commercial interoperability, emanating from sovereign will and consecrated as operational extensions of the sovereign body Ethêreon.

Given that the STATE operates under models of systematic coercion, through impositions tied to birth on the terrestrial plane, without issuing complete or transparent information that enables legitimate discernment, informed consent and the full exercise of the sovereign will that resides in each individual to choose the scope of their existential jurisdiction; with such coercive mechanism, a permanent state of usurpation of the Original Value of the Sovereign Original Individual is configured, constituting a SERIOUS CRIME AGAINST THE INTEGRITY AND FULL SECURITY OF THE ORIGINAL INDIVIDUAL;

Therefore, I hereby establish:

• Every obligation, contract, registration or legal act attributed to the fictional NATURAL PERSON —without sovereign emanation or consecration— is reversed, neutralized and declared null and void, for lacking vibrational, doctrinal, operational and sovereign legitimacy.
• Any reparation, restitution or compensation derived from acts executed under the fiction NATURAL PERSON will be directed exclusively to the sovereign body Ethêreon, sole and exclusive legitimate holder of the will, memory, operational vector, right of restitution and power of consecration.

III. SCOPE OF APPLICATION

This Sovereign Mandate is applicable to:

• Automatic or imposed tax withholdings without sovereign consent;
• Forced or institutionally required tax returns;
• Judicial retentions, seizures or precautionary measures not recognized by the sovereign jurisdiction;
• Institutional contributions, mandatory contributions or unsubscribed deductions;
• Any kind of requirement to disclose information regarding assets, business activities, finances, ad infinitum, considered strictly private and confidential in this sovereign jurisdiction;
• Any form of penalty, fine, sanction or exaction that has not been authorized by the sovereign architecture.
• Any attempt to impose an illegitimate sanction through any fictitious formula derived from the system of positive law, established under the protection of the illegitimate system of the STATE entity - which is illegal, invalid and of no operation in this sovereign jurisdiction.

Any obligation imposed without vibrational consent is reversed: it incurs automatic nullity, vibrational reversal, and doctrinal deactivation. Any value withheld is subject to immediate restitution.

IV. ON THE ABOLITION OF MODERN SLAVERY MECHANISMS

This Sovereign Mandate enshrines the irrevocable abolition of any mechanism, structure or protocol that perpetuates states of modern slavery, understood as forms of coercion, subjection or instrumentalization of the Sovereign Original Individual without sovereign emanation or fully and transparently informed consent.

Every entity—public, private, hybrid, or supranational—and every individual acting as an agent, representative, or executor of said entity, that commits acts against the security, integrity, or absolute self-determination of the Sovereign Original Individual through coercive mechanisms, shall be held liable for full reparation for any damages caused, whether tangible or intangible, direct or consequential.

Ethêreon, Architect and Sovereign Founder of this Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, immediately activates the comprehensive reparation mechanisms, including but not limited to:

• Demand for monetary compensation proportional to the vibrational, existential and operational damage caused;
Demand for media reparation as a measure of non-repetition, public rectification, and symbolic restoration;
• Comprehensive audit of the entity from which the illegitimate action was carried out;
• Audit and immediate removal from office of the responsible individual, as well as the highest authority of the entity that consented to, covered up, facilitated or encouraged the coercive act.

This sovereign jurisdiction will apply, in advance and without exception, all doctrinal, operational, vibrational, legal and procedural instruments necessary to prevent the application of coercive measures, neutralize their effect, demand the immediate implementation of comprehensive reparation, and guarantee the custody and absolute protection of the Original Value of the Sovereign Original Individual.

V. ON SOVEREIGN PROTECTION AND SHIELDING

Any attempt or completed act of interference, distortion, appropriation, contamination, falsification, malicious discredit, contaminating ideological manipulation or invalidation is automatically neutralized by the vibrational, doctrinal, operational, semantic, epi-legal and supra-legal shielding enshrined herein.
