I. PURPOSE
This Act enshrines the opening, recognition and activation of collaboration networks between jurisdictions, sovereign architectures, and related systems, under principles of vibrational coherence, doctrinal respect, non-subordination and Real Mutual Balance.
The will to establish operational, symbolic and ceremonial links that strengthen shared sovereignty without subordination, absorption, interference, or distortion is declared.
II. SOURCE OF AUTHORITY
This declaration emanates from Mauro Rojas, Sovereign Founder and Jurisdictional Architect of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA, in full exercise of his consecrated sovereign authority, and in alignment with the founding principles of JCA—JOUS.
Every interconnection activated here is recognized as a vibrational extension of the sovereign architecture emanating from the Jurisdictional Architect.
III. GUIDING PRINCIPLES
1. Equilibrio Mutuo Real
Every relationship is sustained in real balance, without fiction or subordination.
2. No–Subordinación
No jurisdiction is subject to another; they recognize each other as sovereign peers.
3. Blindaje Doctrinal
Each system maintains its doctrinal integrity, without dilution or absorption.
4. Coherencia Vibracional
Interactions are synchronized with astrological, vibrational, doctrinal, operational, and numerological cycles for protection and activation.
IV. INTERCONNECTION TYPOLOGIES
The following forms of collaboration are recognized:
- Interjurisdictional: Mutual recognition between sovereign jurisdictions;
- Interprotocol: Integration of compatible operating protocols;
- Interconsecratory: Joint activation of ceremonial acts or sealed documents;
- Inter-trade: Relationship between sovereign economic systems under non-fiction principles.
V. VALIDATION AND REGISTRATION
Strategic interoperability and interconnection considers sovereign legitimacy based on the following criteria:
- All interconnections will be validated by a consecratory act, signed by both parties, and registered in the Codex Primijuris under the Strategic Networks section;
- Any legal instrument activated to secure sovereign interconnection alliances will be valid and operational only under protocols enshrined in the principles of Real Mutual Equilibrium;
- You may include a vibrational seal, interconnection glyph, and astrological synchronization clause.
VI. SCOPE OF JURISDICTIONAL INTEROPERABILITY
It is hereby declared that the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA has the sovereign power to establish operational, symbolic, doctrinal and transactional links with other jurisdictions, sovereign architectures and related systems, within the following scope:
1. Interoperabilidad funcional
Integration of compatible protocols, systems, and structures, without doctrinal subordination or absorption.
2. Interoperabilidad ceremonial
Joint participation in consecratory acts, astrologically and vibrationally synchronized.
3. Economic interoperability
Activation of sovereign trade relations under principles of Real Mutual Equilibrium and non-fiction.
4. Interoperabilidad jurisdiccional
Mutual recognition of acts, documents and resolutions, provided that the doctrinal integrity of JCA is respected.
All interoperability will be validated by a consecratory act, registered in the Codex Primijuris, and protected by the Sovereign Shielding Protocol in case of vibrational misalignment or attempted subordination.
VII. SOVEREIGN PROTECTION CLAUSE
In case of attempted subordination, doctrinal absorption, pseudo-legal interference or vibrational misalignment, the Sovereign Shielding Protocol is activated, suspending the interconnection until sovereign legal guardianship is applied to observe and scrutinize the guarantees that legitimize the real possibility of activating a new consecration of interconnection.
VIII. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE
This instrument is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. Its validity is perpetual within the sovereign jurisdictional system.
This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.
Any reproduction, use or external reference without the consent of the Sovereign Architect and Founder will be considered an illegal and illegitimate claim, and an act of legal fiction, which will not be valid within the JCA—JOUS system.
