I. PREAMBLE

By virtue of the principles of Absolute Self-Determination by living law, Real Mutual Balance, non-subordination, and vibrational sovereignty, this Mandate is hereby established as an act of legitimation of Sovereign Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA. This authority is not derived from state, corporate, or religious structures, but rather emanates directly from the sovereign origin, validated by absolute will, legitimate individual original authority, evolutionary purpose, consecrated acts, and linked legal instruments.

II. BASIS

The principle of legitimate original authority is based on the following criteria:

• Authority in JCA is not imposed: it is expressed individually;
• Authority in JCA is not delegated: it is enshrined in coherent action;
• Authority in JCA is not represented: it is embodied.

Legitimacy is based on:

• The activation of consecrated sovereign instruments;
• The doctrinal and vibrational coherence of the jurisdictional system;
• Operational validation through public acts, shields and sovereign protocols.

III. LEGITIMATION CLAUSES

1. Origen soberano

The authority enshrined in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA emanates from the sovereign origin of the Jurisdictional Architect, not from external recognition.

Legitimacy is based on the coherence between principles, evolutionary purpose, coherent action and acts enshrined in individual will, not in imposed titles or hierarchies.

V. VALIDATION, REGISTRATION AND SHIELDING

VI. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE

This Mandate is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. It is valid for life within the sovereign jurisdictional system.

This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.
