I. STRATEGIC PREAMBLE

This instrument establishes the possibility of legally interacting with traditional systems—state, commercial, fiduciary, or institutional—without implying subordination, recognition of external authority, or loss of doctrinal sovereignty.

The Contractual Convertibility License allows the legal form of a sovereign act to be adapted for its legibility or functionality in external systems, keeping its vibration, intention, and protection intact.

II. PRINCIPLES OF NON-SUBORDINATED CONVERTIBILITY
