I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, a self-determined man by Living Law, pre-legal, pre-legal, and pre-state, in full exercise of my Original Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (CAJ) — a supraterritorial private law system — founded on legal principles documented since 2022 and enshrined by a Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, establish:

FIRST

That the personal bank accounts opened before the formal start of the legal self-determination process (February-May 2022) and subsequently maintained in financial institutions regulated by the traditional state system, have been used exclusively as vehicles for temporary logistical transfer, not constituting institutional subordination or subjection.

SECOND

Since December 2022, these accounts are expressly considered to be for exclusive instrumental use under sovereign control, legally detached from state jurisdiction and not subject to its regulatory framework, oversight, or unilateral interpretation. Their operation is restricted to technical functions of transit, transfer, and contingency, previously defined in the economic protocol of this private jurisdiction, and does not constitute recognition of competence, authority, or regulatory subjection to any governmental, fiscal, corporate, or institutional financial system.

THIRD

That the funds, movements, records and operations associated with said accounts —when they are not specifically linked to voluntary contractual relationships recognized in my private jurisdiction— do not constitute a voluntary act of renunciation of my sovereignty or tacit acceptance of external authority.

FOURTH

Any inspection, monitoring, blocking, retention, recording, reporting, or freezing of personal bank accounts—carried out by institutional actors without sovereign consent—will be considered unauthorized patrimonial intervention.

Actions or acts such as those mentioned above generate proportional liability, and may be subject to compensation charges through comprehensive repair mechanisms defined by the Sovereign Architect of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, in accordance with the doctrinal process of construction of JCA—JOUS.

FIFTH

That this statement was conceived, operationally executed, and documented since February 2023, and is now being published in accordance with my sovereign system's progressive visibility strategy to avoid assumptions of ignorance or good faith errors on the part of external entities.

SIXTH

This legal instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction.

The legal effects of this instrument are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.
