IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION

It is declared that the Crónica Imaginaria system, whether or not it has been registered in state systems (SENADI, WIPO or other institutions anywhere in the world), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and assigned to the Autonomous Capital JurisdictionJCA, integrating into the system all the expressive, pedagogical, symbolic and commercial components declared in this document.

This includes all narrative, graphic design, digital work, training process, publication, platform, collectible merchandise, symbolic intervention or action linked to the Crónica Imaginaria project, which is broadcast on official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.

Any prior registration in external systems is considered null and void with respect to its authority over use, interpretation, regulation, or oversight, and is recognized only as a precedent for public use, not as a source of legitimacy. The functional appropriation of this system has no expiration date; it is declared supraterritorial and operates with neutrality vis-à-vis any conventional, state, or transitional system.

X. SOVEREIGN ASSIGNMENT

The Imaginary Chronicle system is formally attached to the Living Legal System of the Autonomous Capital JurisdictionJCA, under the principle of functional neutrality and supraterritorial protection.

It is recognized as a sovereign symbolic, educational, and commercial infrastructure within the JCA ecosystem, and is integrated into the Jurisdictional Archive as a symbolic, operational, and doctrinal asset.
