I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, pre-legal, pre-legal and pre-state, legally self-determined by Living Law, and exercising my private jurisdiction in accordance with the legal principles documented since 2022, establish:

The application of the distinctive signs used by the Semilla Formation brand is recursive in terms of color and composition, in a variety of combinations. The adaptability of signs includes the compositional plasticity of its abstract symbol.

The Formación Semilla brand implements a color palette that is used both in flat printing and in combination of gradients, with criteria of flexibility and visual recursion according to each context, conceptualization, development, strategic decision and commercial implementation.
Expressed in hexadecimal code, the colors integrated into the system are: #fed100, #0052d1, #f50016, #002a49; this color system is the one applied to the entire portfolio created in the ecosystem of the Ecuadorian Entrepreneurs Association.

VIII. EVIDENCE OF USE
Due to its advanced training nature and jurisdictional activation process, the Seed Training program currently operates without official public dissemination channels. Its deployment is in the strategic planning stage, in accordance with criteria of doctrinal depth, exclusive content, and supraterritorial functional design.
Verifiable evidence of use and operational expression of the system can be consulted or verified in section V. Functional Traceability of the Brand, where its initial manifestations are documented: activated classes, mentoring sessions carried out, incubated structures and exclusive materials issued.
The evaluation for the eventual implementation of public channels is being developed within the sovereign planning framework of Seed Training, and will be executed in accordance with the principles of pedagogical neutrality, doctrinal purpose and vibrational coherence with the JCA system.
IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION
It is declared that the Seed Training program, whether or not it has been registered in state or institutional systems (SENADI, WIPO or other entities anywhere in the world), is functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and assigned to the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction - JCA, integrating into the system all the components established in this document, as well as any creation, methodology, class, mentoring system or content linked to the program that is published on official channels under the direction of Mauro Rojas.
Any prior registration in external systems is recognized exclusively as public background, without legitimate authority over its use, supervision or interpretation, and is not considered a source of functional legitimacy.
