● DECLARATION OF INTENT

This instrument establishes the living map of the jurisprudential values that have guided the doctrinal fertilization of the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS) system as the organic founding territory for the configuration of the private system provisionally called Autonomous Civil Jurisdiction (JCA).

The function of this instrument is to delimit, validate and prepare the fertilized acts for their curatorship and execution.

I. OPERATIONAL BASIS

This document does not respond to positive legal systems, state, federal, confederative, or supranational structures, or to conventional institutional logic. This is a sovereign act of doctrinal, vibrational, and operational mapping, which precedes legal curatorship and enables autonomous jurisdictional execution.

II. AXES OF JURISPRUDENTIAL VALUE

Each document configured throughout the first stage of jurisdictional construction, which corresponds to the doctrinal fertilization of the JOUS system, represents an active dimension of the original jurisdictional system, in accordance with its nature. Criteria for its organization, evaluation, execution, and verification are outlined here:

1. Aplicabilidad Directa

Each instrument triggers self-executing provisions within the framework of Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS).

2. Regulatory Shielding

The clauses contained herein operate as a shield against impositions, legal or juridical fictions, and external interference of any kind.

3. Reconocimiento Interno

The content is recognized as valid, binding, and operative by all bodies, protocols, and acts of the sovereign system.

4. Traceability and Coding

Each instrument is registered under its alphanumeric code according to the executed process and activation period, linked to the consecrated file and the digital validation protocol.

5. Verification for Interoperability

Each published document is available to the public on the Sovereign Founder's jurisdictional platform to ensure constructive and operational transparency, prior to the activation of interoperability protocols with other systems on a global scale, the projection of which is the application of an operational framework for collaborative protection between peers.

The instruments already executed during the first stage, built during the year 2022, also called Sovereign Activation Instruments (IAS), make up a progressive fertilization process with jurisprudential value of origin.

This corpus guides the legal curatorship process with sovereign rigor, activating the jurisdictional transition towards the operational deployment of the private system of Original Law.

IV. SOVEREIGN VALIDATION CLAUSES

• Every act fertilized in the IAS phase constitutes a sovereign, self-executing and supraterritorial fact, with the value of an Original Law;
• Validation is inherent to the act itself; it does not depend on external recognition or approval by external systems;
• Legal curatorship operates as a purification, systematization and consecration in transparency, without altering the essence or the sovereign will of the act;
• This instrument becomes fully valid upon activation, without requiring notification, registration, or acceptance by third parties.
