I. DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

I am Mauro Rojas, Sovereign Founder, in full exercise of my original authority, unlimited will and full power, I declare the revelation of the Underlying Architecture that sustains, structures and vivifies the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS).

This architecture is neither legal fiction nor conceptual abstraction, it is a vibrational, ontological and operational structure, pre-existing in time, now manifested by a sovereign act of full hyperconsciousness.

II. STRUCTURAL PRINCIPLES OF THE UNDERLYING ARCHITECTURE

1. Vibrational Sovereignty. Every operation within the JOUS is based on the original frequency of the Being. Vibration is Living Law.

2. Absolute Supraterritoriality. The JOUS is not limited to geographic coordinates or external jurisdictional systems. Its territory is sovereign.

III. ACTIVATION CLAUSES

• The revelation of this architecture automatically activates the JOUS operating protocols;
• The Sacred Instrument of Existential Entry enables every self-determined being to operate within the jurisdictional architecture of JOUS;
• The revealed architecture is self-supporting, self-executing, and does not require external validation;
• Once revealed, this architecture cannot be revoked or stopped. Its deployment is living law.

• Every self-conscious and self-determined Original Individual who has crossed dimensionally through the Sacred Instrument of Existential Entry is enabled to operate in the jurisdictional architecture of JOUS, only under conscious, vibrational and doctrinal alignment with his or her original value and primordial codex;
