INPC technical forms
Design of forms for recording technical data, for the Instituto Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural.
To collaborate with the flow of information circulating among the specialists in cultural heritage projects for developing communication material, a series of forms was designed for the Instituto Nacional de Patrimonio Cultural - INPC, to be used by the team led by Alfredo Moreira, Technical Director at the Institution.
Generating communication inputs in a public institution has its complex processes, and achieving an order that values the projects developed to share them with the public, is a team effort that requires communion.
To solve the problems detected regarding the flow of information, the design of a series of forms was implemented in the three areas of intervention: Archaeology, Restoration and Architecture.

These forms allowed the team of specialists to prepare a report in a schematic way, summarizing the main activities carried out and adding key information necessary to prepare the communication to the public.
The purpose of this project was to manage in an orderly manner the information generated by technical consultants, who are experts in data and criteria, so that when using the information inputs, they do not lose precision when subjected to editing for release to public communication.
