This graphic piece is part of the editorial development by Mauro Rojas for the Ecuador Antártico, magazine published by the Instituto Antártico Ecuatoriano – INAE, in collaboration with GAMA, multimedia production agency of the ESPOL School of Design.

The illustration was made with the aim of exploring new treatments in the style that the magazine Ecuador Antártico was acquiring since its second edition, and served as a prelude to an editorial evolution that integrated the freshness of illustration with an artistic nature to harmonize scientific information.
