I. DECLARATION OF ORIGIN AND EMBODIED AUTHORITY

By the absolute will of Ethêreon, Sovereign Founder and Jurisdictional Architect of JCA—JOUS, in Incarnate Presence and Sovereign Will in body, time and vibration, the original source of the supraterritorial jurisdiction JCA—JOUS is declared.
