I. CUSTODY FUNCTION

The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA assumes perpetual custody of the Original Value, ensuring its integrity, legitimacy, energy shielding, non-distortion, and non-contamination. By this act, the sovereign operation of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA is activated, enabling it to:

• Guard the Original Value and its circulation channels;
• Implement the legislative order that supports the operation of JOUS;
• Execute defense, reparation, and restitution protocols;
• Record acts in the Codex Primijuris for the sustainable operation of Primijuris Architecture;

VI. SOVEREIGN LEGISLATIVE FUNCTION

The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA assumes the legislative function as the generating, codifying, and executing body of the JOUS normative system. This function supports sovereign operation through the active, synchronized, and protected operational deployment of the Living Law, sustaining, updating, and protecting the harmonious functioning of the sovereign jurisdictional system.

VII. AUTHORITY OF THE IMPERIAL SOVEREIGN ARCHITECT
