I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, a self-determined man by Living Law, pre-legal, pre-legal, and pre-state, in full exercise of my Original Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (CAJ) — a supraterritorial private law system — founded on legal principles documented since 2022 and enshrined by a Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, establish:

I. PURPOSE OF THE PROTOCOL

This model enshrines the sovereign signature and vibrational validation protocol for all instruments activated in the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA–JOUS. Its function is to ensure that each act, document, mandate, or agreement is correctly:

• Emanated from incarnate sovereignty,
• Blindado doctrinalmente,
• Without subordination to external systems,

II. DOCTRINAL BASIS

The sovereign signature is not a graphic rubric: it is a coded vibrational activation, supported by:

III. COMPONENTS OF SOVEREIGN SIGNATURE INSTRUMENTS

Each signed instrument is made up of:

• Vibrational name of the Sovereign Creator, Architect, and Founder;
• IDSU code + SHA-256 cryptographic hash of the document;
• Activation glyph + vibrational color of the act;
• Date synchronized with lunar phase or major astrological milestone;
• Purpose verse or activation song (when applicable).

IV. SIGNATURE MODELS IN COLLATERAL SCENARIOS

In order to activate layers of shielding, the Sovereign Architect and Founder uses Differentiated Autographs as a signature or rubric, according to specific scenarios, for the purpose of protection against fraud and scams. Below are the layers applied to this sovereign shielding configuration according to the execution scenario:

V. VALIDATION PROTOCOL

For an instrument to be considered valid within the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA–JOUS, it must comply with:

1. Sovereign consecration: emanating from incarnate will;
2. Doctrinal protection: alignment with the principles and clauses of the system;
3. Vibrational activation: glyph, color, code for the respective scenario;
4. Record in the Codex Primijuris;
5. Sovereign signature complete and correct (according to Sections III and IV).

VI. NON-SUBORDINATION CLAUSES

• The signature configuration enshrined in this system operates outside of imposed jurisdictions.
• Each signature fulfills a specific function in specific scenarios.
• This application model does not require external validation or recognition by fictitious systems.
• The legitimacy of this model is vibrational, doctrinal, and self-executing.

VIII. PROHIBITIONS AND PENALTIES

1. Absolute Confidentiality

Each Sovereign Signature that forms part of the models integrated into this protocol is classified and valued as sovereign jurisdictional assets under strict confidentiality. Their dissemination, reproduction, storage or exposure by any means - digital, physical, institutional, informal, ad infinitum - is strictly prohibited, except with the express authorization of the Sovereign Architect and Founder in absolutely extraordinary scenarios and in the total absence of pressure imposed by external systems, whether directly or indirectly.

2. Fraud, Forgery, and Usurpation

Any attempt at fraud, forgery, swindle or impersonation through the use of signatures, seals, codes or glyphs enshrined in this model will be:

• Registered in the Jurisdictional History of the Sovereign System JCA–JOUS;
• Prosecuted by sovereign judicial action;
• Filed as an act of doctrinal and vibrational aggression;
• Publicly exposed through judicial channels as a crime against the Living Law, subject to full reparation.

3. Criminal, Compensatory, and Public Liability

Any individual, person, entity, institution, organization or collective that improperly uses contractual activation assets of the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS (including but not limited to signatures, codes, business plans, documented projects, contracts, identification documents, verses, glyphs, seals, ad infinitum) in violation of their state of strict confidentiality, will be considered directly responsible for the actions, acts or deeds committed. Consequently:

• You must assume the legal, judicial, and vibrational repercussions of your actions;
• It will be required to make full monetary compensation, calculated according to the vibrational, symbolic and operational damage caused, in favor of the Sovereign Architect and Founder, and the jurisdictional system;
• He will be publicly exposed as an offender in sovereign registries, jurisdictional bulletins, and designated reporting spaces;
• It will be permanently excluded from any future interoperability with the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS, including but not limited to access to protocols, instruments, validations, opportunities and jurisdictional spaces of all kinds.

4. Vibrational Repair and Restoration

In the event of improper display or illegitimate use of consecrated signatures, seals or codes, the offender must:

• Participate in a vibrational restoration protocol, designed by the Sovereign Architect and Founder;
• Issue a public statement of recognition and reparation, in a jurisdictional format;
• Transfer the compensatory funds to the designated sovereign account, within a period of no more than 55 calendar days from the official jurisdictional notification.

IX. SHIELDING, REGISTRATION, AND ACTIVATION

• SHA-256 + IDSU;
• Glyph, vibrational color, activation seal;
• Registration in the Codex Primijuris as an act of absolute integration.

X. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE

This protocol is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. It remains in effect for life within the sovereign jurisdictional system.

This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.

Any reproduction, use or external reference without the consent of the Sovereign Architect and Founder will be considered an illegal and illegitimate claim, and an act of legal fiction, which will not be valid within the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS.
