I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, a self-determined man by Living Law, pre-legal, pre-legal, and pre-state, in full exercise of my Original Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (CAJ) — a supraterritorial private law system — founded on legal principles documented since 2022 and enshrined by a Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, establish:
I. PURPOSE
This Act enshrines the recognition of the trademarks created by Mauro Rojas —Sovereign Founder and Jurisdictional Architect— as living, operational, and sovereign entities within the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA–JOUS. Each trademark, whether commercial, representative, symbolic, ceremonial, legal, juridical, or jurisdictional, manifests a creative power encoded with an evolutionary purpose, vibrational frequency, and jurisdictional function. Its existence activates multiple levels —economic, financial, juridical, legal, communicative, ritual, doctrinal, and strategic— and is deployed as an instrument of sovereignty in action.
These brands not only represent, but also operate, protect, communicate, consecrate, consolidate, and expand. They integrate all their fronts in coherence with the principles of self-determination, sovereign architecture, multidimensional operability, interoperability, and supraterritoriality, constituting themselves as living nodes of the jurisdictional and vibrational system that sustains sovereign reality.
II. BASIS
- Every brand and system enshrined in this system is born from sovereignty, vision, and purpose;
- Each one vibrates as an operational, doctrinal and symbolic node;
- Its existence does not depend on state registration or external validation: it is activated by sovereign consecration;
- This instrument integrates all the intellectual creations of the Sovereign Architect and Founder throughout his life experience.

The trademarks, creations and intellectual developments recognized here are:
- Incarnated: created from life experience, hyperconscious vision and sovereign architecture;
- Self-executing: They operate as functional systems, not as passive signs;
- Supraterritorial: They are not limited by borders or imposed jurisdictions;
- Symbolic: They encode doctrines, principles, structures and frequencies;

- Symbolic codes: glyphs, colors, songs, seals, codes, ad infinitum.
Every material or immaterial creation of the Sovereign Architect and Founder is integrated into this instrument.
V. SOVEREIGN REGISTRY AND FILE
Traceability, Validation and Activation of Creations of the Sovereign Architect and Founder.
This Act establishes the sovereign deployment of the comprehensive registry and the publication of the jurisdictional file for each intellectual, material or immaterial creation emanating from the Sovereign Architect and Founder: Mauro Rojas. Said registry is carried out within the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA-JOUS, under the Mandate of Sovereign Legitimation of Absolute Domain, Intellectual and Industrial Authority and Intellectual and Industrial Property, previously activated through the instrument called Act of Functional Appropriation, Sovereign Assignment and Operational Legitimation of Commercial Assets published on a jurisdictional platform to protect thirteen (13) sovereign trademarks or commercial systems.
Each sovereign file includes:
- Vibrational identification of creation (name, glyph, color, frequency);
- Multidimensional classification (commercial, symbolic, doctrinal, ritual, communicational);
- Activation code (IDSU + SHA-256 + vibrational signature);
- Synchronization record (moon phase, birth chart, evolutionary purpose);
- Seal of affiliation to the sovereign system JCA–JOUS as an operational entity.
This protocol guarantees that every creation of the Sovereign Architect and Founder is protected, validated and consecrated, operating as an active node within the jurisdictional and doctrinal infrastructure of the system.
The following immaterial marks and creations are declared to be consecrated through sovereign acts of appropriation and armored ritualization, each with a specific vibrational, doctrinal, and operational function.

- These brands, architectures, and systems are not subordinate to external records or systems of legal or juridical fiction.
- Its legitimacy is vibrational, doctrinal, and consecrated by the absolute sovereignty of the Creator.
VIII. SHIELDING, REGISTRATION, AND ACTIVATION

IX. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE
This declaration is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. Its validity is perpetual within the sovereign jurisdictional system.
This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.
