I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, a self-determined man by Living Law, pre-legal, pre-legal, and pre-state, in full exercise of my Original Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (CAJ) — a supraterritorial private law system — founded on legal principles documented since 2022 and enshrined by a Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, establish:

I. PURPOSE

This protocol enshrines the comprehensive protection of the sovereign doctrine of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA, ensuring that every term, symbol, clause, code, and structure remains faithful to its origin, without distortion, absorption, or subordination. Doctrinal shielding is an act of vibrational, semantic, and operational defense.

II. BASIS

• The doctrine of the JCA is a living architecture, not replicable or reinterpreted without consecration;
• Every word, symbol, or clause activated in the sovereign jurisdictional system JOUS–JCA has a specific frequency that must remain protected;
• Doctrinal protection is necessary to preserve the coherence, sovereignty, and power of each instrument.

III. AREAS OF SHIELDING

1. Semántico

• Protection of key terms against mistranslations, external interpretations, unconsecrated uses, interpretive distortions, or external semantic impositions.
• Record of sovereign definitions in the Codex Primijuris.

2. Vibracional

• Protection of symbols, colors, glyphs, and chants activated in consecratory acts.
• Synchronization with astrological and vibrational cycles to maintain the frequency in functional harmony.

3. Operativo

• Protection of protocols, clauses, and functional structures against unauthorized institutional takeovers or imitations.
• Activation of non-subordination and Real Mutual Equilibrium clauses in every contractual document or act.

IV. SHIELDING MECHANISMS

V. DEFENSE CLAUSE

This protocol is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. It remains in effect for life within the sovereign jurisdictional system.

This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.

Any reproduction, use or external reference without the consent of the Sovereign Architect and Founder will be considered an illegal and illegitimate claim, and an act of legal fiction, which will not be valid within the JCA—JOUS system.
