I. DOCTRINAL BASIS

FIRST: Every procedure within JCA and JOUS must be aligned with the principles of Real Mutual Balance, Non-Subordination, Document Protection and Sovereign Self-Execution.

SECOND: This manual establishes the vibrational, semantic, technical and symbolic standards for the execution of sovereign acts.

THIRD: Standardization does not imply rigidity, but rather coherence. Each procedure adapts sovereignly to its context, preserving the doctrinal vibration at all times.

FOURTH: This instrument activates the operational coding of each procedure, allowing its validation, traceability and protection.

II. STRUCTURE OF THE MANUAL

The Legal-Sovereign Operation Manual is made up of:

2 Signing and Validation Procedures

• Sovereign signature models;

The structure of the Legal-Sovereign Operation Manual may be reformulated and extended when required in accordance with the progressive development of standards implemented in the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS.

III. CODING AND REGISTRATION

Each standardized procedure will be coded with:

• SHA-256 protocol;
• IDSU;
• Function glyph;
• Vibrational color;
• Status: active, in preparation, under review, in latent vibration, according to sovereign deployment.

Every validated procedure will be registered in the Codex Primijuris as part of the sovereign operating system of the JCA—JOUS jurisdiction.

IV. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE

The manual is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. It remains in force for life within the sovereign jurisdictional system.

This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction, and its legal effects are of immediate execution and full effectiveness from the moment of its sovereign publication.

Any reproduction, use or external reference without the consent of the Sovereign Architect and Founder will be considered an illegal and illegitimate claim, and an act of legal fiction, which will not be valid within the sovereign jurisdictional system JCA—JOUS.
