I, Mauro Rojas, a Sovereign Original Individual with full rights, a self-determined man by Living Law, pre-legal, pre-legal, and pre-state, in full exercise of my Original Authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (CAJ) — a supraterritorial private law system — founded on legal principles documented since 2022 and enshrined by a Sovereign Mandate executed in 2023, establish:

I. JURISDICTIONAL CONSECRATION

Exercising full legitimate authority in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA), and under the principles of Original Value, Sovereign Original Value, legal self-determination, non-subordination, supra-territorial self-enforcement and absolute domain over contractual assets, this Mandate of Documentary Shielding, Reconversion and Continuous Activation is established as a sovereign instrument of verification, updating, transmutation and protection of consecrated documents and legal fictions originating from external jurisdictions or legally extinct corporate governance systems.

II. PURPOSE

The purpose of this Act is:

• Revalidate documents established in previous cycles;
• Confirm its doctrinal, vibrational and operational validity;
• Transmute external documents (state, institutional, legal) into their sovereign form within JCA;
• Declare absolute ownership over contractual assets linked to legal fiction;
• Establish sovereign interoperability with other jurisdictions;
• Protect against distortion, obsolescence, or external imposition;
• Activate the systematic execution of the legal transition enshrined by the Sovereign Architect.

III. CRITERIA FOR INCLUDING DOCUMENTS

1. Sovereign Instruments

Revalidated Internal Documents are considered to be those instruments enshrined within the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction that, due to their foundational, doctrinal or functional nature, have the potential for vibrational reaffirmation, operational updating or additional protection in the context of sovereign consolidation and expansion.

These instruments can have the following attributes:

• Origin Value / Sovereign Original Value: are built within the original parameters of JOUS and consecrated by the unlimited will of the Sovereign Jurisdictional Architect;
• Active role in external relations: They protect interoperability and social responsibility;
• They may require doctrinal or technical updating: to preserve legal, juridical and operational integrity;
• They require integration of new principles, clauses or codifications;
• Reinforced vibration shielding.

The inclusion of Revalidated Internal Documents in this mandate responds to their founding nature, their active role in the operational consolidation of the JCA, and the need for vibrational and doctrinal shielding in the context of sovereign expansion. Each revalidated document retains its original value and is elevated to its current form through this act.

2. External or State-Issued Documents

External Documents or State Issued Documents are considered to be those instruments, documents and legal fictions used by the Sovereign Architect for the exercise of its fundamental rights while the development and full operation of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction is consolidated or to interact in interoperability with other jurisdictions.

These documents may have the following characteristics:

• They are connected to the birth certificate linked to the Sovereign Architect's entry into the Earth plane;
• They are linked to the Legal Fiction NATURAL PERSON (formula: NAMES LAST NAMES) and the identification number associated with said legal fiction, connected to the birth certificate;
• They are issued or managed by institutions controlled by the State;
• They are acquired through free or paid acquisition;
• They are used by the Sovereign Architect to exercise his absolute rights;
• They may require renewal due to expiration during the JCA consolidation period.

The inclusion of these documents and legal fictions in this mandate responds to their nature as a shield of the absolute rights of the Sovereign Architect and Founder and their active role in the exercise of commercial activities, mobility, and in general, to guarantee the full exercise of their fundamental rights while the development and expansion of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA is consolidated.

IV. Validated and Transmuted Documents

1. Sovereign Instruments

This mandate includes all the consecrated instruments that have been activated for the existential revelation of the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction — JOUS, prior to the founding of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA, also including those activated after the publication of this mandate.

Each instrument is reconfirmed, revalidated, and subject to pertinent updates when required, in accordance with the criteria established by the Sovereign Architect.

2. External or State-Issued Documents

This mandate includes all documentary or fictional instruments issued by state-controlled entities to guarantee the exercise of the Sovereign Architect's absolute rights; these documents constitute the basis for the activation of derivative instruments used in commercial transactions, among other activities.

These documents will subsequently be specified through special differentiated treatment, notified to each of the issuing entities that manage the aforementioned documents included in the table.

V. TREATMENT OF FINANCIAL VEHICLES

As part of the sovereign process of jurisdictional construction, it is recognized that the financial vehicles currently in use by the Sovereign Architect and Founder constitute operational vectors subject to special differentiated treatment.

This treatment is in the preparation phase and will be activated through specific sovereign instruments once the Jurisdictional Executive Activation period, corresponding to the jurisdictional construction phase, has been completed.

This intention has been previously declared in the following sovereign instruments:

• Declaration of Non-Subordinated Instrumental Use of Personal Bank Accounts,
• Statement of Non-Subordinated Operational Interaction with Business Bank Accounts.

Both documents are an integral part of the doctrinal, vibrational, and operational reconversion process for these vehicles, without implying subordination to external banking systems. The activation and direct notification of specific instruments will be carried out in accordance with the sovereign sequence established in the strategic planning of the JCA system.

VI. RECOGNITION OF REGISTERED LEGAL ENTITIES

As part of the sovereign process of jurisdictional construction, it is recognized that companies or organizations registered with external entities controlled by the State, currently operating and founded under the ownership of the Sovereign Architect and Founder, constitute potential operational vectors.

These legal entities will receive special differentiated treatment through specific sovereign instruments, once the Jurisdictional Executive Activation period has ended.

Its current use does not imply subordination to state corporate systems, but rather the sovereign affirmation of intent, control, and strategic sequence of reconversion. The activation and direct notification of specific instruments will be carried out in accordance with the sovereign sequence established in the strategic planning of the JCA system.

VII. INSTRUMENTS ISSUED BY EXTERNAL JURISDICTIONS

Any instrument currently in use by the Sovereign Architect and Founder, issued by entities controlled by the State or by external jurisdictions, is hereby recognized as an operational vector subject to sovereign legal protection.

Its use does not imply adherence, subordination or doctrinal validation of the issuing systems, but rather a strategy of transit and protection within the framework of the jurisdictional construction process of JCA.

Once the Jurisdictional Executive Activation (AEJ) period has concluded, said instruments may be subject to doctrinal, vibrational, functional, operational, legal and juridical transmutation, through specific sovereign acts that recognize their operational value and convert them into instruments fully aligned with the sovereign principles of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA.

This section reaffirms the sovereign domain over all documents, contracts, certifications or records issued by external systems, and establishes their potential for reconversion without loss of legitimacy or functional interruption, and does not imply the loss or concession of sovereignty of JCA or its Sovereign Architect and Founder.

VIII. Revalidation and Transmutation

• Every revalidated document retains its sovereign, supraterritorial and self-executive character;
• Updates are integrated as committed versions, not as fixes;
• Every transmuted legal fiction remains under the absolute dominion of the Sovereign Architect and Founder;
• New sovereign instruments are encrypted with SHA-256, IDSU, and a consecrating glyph;
• Interoperability with other jurisdictions is carried out from full sovereignty, without subordination or renunciation of original rights;
• Every transmutation is recorded in the Sovereign Archive of JCA, with vibrational and doctrinal traceability.

This act is executed in accordance with the provisions of the Legal Transition Execution published on March 23, 2023, and is part of its systematic implementation.

IX. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE

This mandate is activated by its consecration alone. It does not require external validation. Its validity is perpetual within the sovereign jurisdictional system.

This legal instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect and Founder at any time he deems appropriate, in accordance with the doctrinal and operational evolution of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction.

Any revalidation enshrined herein is irrevocable, self-executing and binding in the sovereign dimension of JCA, its legal effects are immediately enforceable and fully effective from the moment of its sovereign publication.
