I. PREAMBLE

Mauro Rojas, the Sovereign Architect of JCA, in full exercise of his Original Authority, consecrates this instrument as a living legal act, intended to establish the doctrinal, operational and vibrational criteria for the functional valuation of assets and their economic allocation within the sovereign system of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction.

This act is part of the second construction cycle of JCA, and is activated as a foundation for the appropriation, legitimization, protection and deployment of commercial, symbolic, documentary, legal, energetic and relational assets, in accordance with the principles of sovereignty, value of origin, Real Mutual Equilibrium, non-subordination and Living Law.

II. DEFINITIONS

Asset: Any creation, entity, object, document, symbol, relationship or structure, material or immaterial, physical or digital, ad infinitum, that possesses functional power within the sovereign system.

Functional Assessment: Assessment of the asset based on its use, impact, resonance, integration, replicability, composition, interoperability, and protection within the sovereign system.

Economic Assignment: Sovereign assignment of the asset to a functional category that determines its internal economic or financial equivalence.

Sovereign Power: The asset's ability to activate, protect, strengthen, or expand sovereign jurisdiction, without external dependence.

III. FUNCTIONAL EVALUATION CRITERIA

Every asset will be valued according to the following criteria:

1. Sovereign Use: Does it serve a direct function in the operation, protection, or expansion of the sovereign jurisdictional system?
2. Structural impact: Does it modify, sustain, or activate jurisdictional structures?
3. Activation frequency: How often is it used in sovereign acts?
4. Symbolic Integration: Is it encoded with glyphs, colors, edges, or system seals?
5. Vibrational resonance: Are you aligned with natural, astrological, vibrational, or doctrinal cycles?
6. Sovereign Financial Fertility: Does it sustain or expand the liquidity, commercial operability, investment capacity, and economic projection of the sovereign jurisdictional system?
7. Infrastructural Sustainability: Does it strengthen the development of internal infrastructure, functional interoperability, and territorial expansion of the sovereign jurisdictional system?
8. Operational Shielding: Is it protected by ciphers, IDSU, SHA-256, or confidentiality protocols?
9. Sovereign Relational Legitimation: Does it activate, sustain, or validate sovereign relationships with external entities, constructs, brands, agreements, or systems in interoperability without subordination?

IV. ECONOMIC ASSIGNMENT CATEGORIES

Each asset will be assigned to one of the following categories, depending on its sovereign function:

Activo Simbólico	Elements that encode, protect, or represent vibrational identity or jurisdictional sovereign identification.	Glyphs, colors, stamps, edges, symbols ad infinitum.
Activo Crono-Vibracional	Assets that synchronize, protect, or activate the jurisdictional system according to astrological, doctrinal, or vibrational cycles. They constitute the intangible technology that allows for the functional, ceremonial, and energetic alignment of the ecosystem. Sovereign Valuation Asset	Assets that allow the measurement, valuation, indexing, or certification of other assets within the ecosystem. They are instruments that provide legitimacy, traceability, and vibrational, legal, or economic recognition.	Consecrated valuation systems, sovereign indices, vibrational certificates, legitimation algorithms, ad infinitum.
Armored Sovereign Architecture Legal Asset	Goods or rights with economic value protected by the sovereign jurisdictional system; instruments for generating wealth under differential conditions.	Sovereign investment instruments whose architecture is subject to Jurisdictional Authority, created to build differential advantage opportunities.
Activo Relacional	Constructs, agreements, alliances, or structures that activate sovereign relationships without subordination.	Contracts, alliances, interjurisdictional protocols, basic interoperability models, ad infinitum.
Activo Modular de Interoperabilidad	Assets designed to facilitate the connection, integration, or expansion between jurisdictional, commercial, or symbolic systems. They are modules, protocols, or structures that allow interoperability without subordination. Activo Financiero Soberano	Assets that represent values that can generate income depending on their conditions: they can be converted into monetary liquidity or exchanged for other values. Activo de Resguardo Soberano	Assets intended for the protection, safeguarding, and preservation of other assets.	Ecosystem security, safes, vaults, encrypted servers, vibration shielding protocols, consecrated guardians, sovereign encryption systems, ad infinitum.
Activo Transaccional Soberano	Assets intended to sustain the system in areas of sovereignty, allowing commercial exchange, the development of interoperability, the generation of monetary liquidity, and the execution of investments for the expansion of the ecosystem.	Investment instruments, transferable intangible securities, sovereign monetary unit, established elemental assets (minerals and others), packaged digital services, marketing rights, merchandise, brand valuations, ad infinitum.
Activo Transaccional Externo	Assets intended for commercial exchange or the generation of monetary liquidity, coming from systems external to JCA—JOUS. They allow for ecosystem liquidity and the maintenance of commercial relationships.	Investment instruments, external currency, external reference currency, packaged digital services, merchandise, ad infinitum.
Activo Operativo	Assets that support the daily execution, interoperability, and functional continuity of the jurisdictional ecosystem.	Teams, platforms, tools, operational technology ad infinitum.
Activo Infraestructural	Assets that support the physical, digital, and territorial development of the jurisdictional system.	Spaces, servers, networks, nodes, domains, infrastructure technology ad infinitum.
Activo Territorial Soberano	Consecrated physical spaces that support, project, or protect the sovereign architecture of the jurisdictional ecosystem. They are assets with economic, symbolic, and operational value that enable territorial development, ceremonial activation, vibrational protection, functional interoperability, and the physical expansion of the system. They can be used as nodes for operation, safekeeping, storage, exchange, professional training, consecration, or sovereign exhibition.	Consecrated grounds, sovereign buildings, jurisdictional offices, operational houses, ceremonial spaces, physical activation nodes, territorial protection centers, ad infinitum.
Activo Natural Soberano	Consecrated natural resources that support the operational, ceremonial, and commercial functioning of the jurisdictional ecosystem. They are assets with economic, energetic, and strategic value, used for the development of productive activities, the generation of liquidity, vibrational protection, and territorial expansion. Their use is subject to sovereign custody, safeguarding, traceability, and sovereign consecration protocols.	Consecrated water, sovereign electromagnetic spectrum, agricultural resources, minerals, solar or geothermal energy, sovereign seeds, biomass, transferable natural assets, ad infinitum.

Each category may have internal equivalents in sovereign functional units, defined by the regulations implemented in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA) in coordination with the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS) and applying the principles of Real Mutual Equilibrium.

V. ASSET PROTECTION BY SOVEREIGN AUTHORITY

Assets assigned to jurisdictional operations acquire sovereign protection through the following process:

1. The Sovereign Architect identifies the asset and its function;
2. Functional assessment is performed according to established criteria;
3. The economic affiliation category is determined;
4. The asset is registered with its SSI (Universal Sovereign Identifier) and SHA-256, if applicable;
5. It is consecrated by means of a legal act, according to the specific protocol.

VI. SHIELDING AND CONSECRATION

This instrument is protected by unique IDSU and SHA-256 encryption and is integrated as a living doctrinal module into the JCA—JOUS system. Any asset declared under this instrument inherits its protection and authority.

VII. AUTO-RUN AND UPDATE

This legal act is activated at the moment of its consecration. It does not require external validation. Its validity is perpetual, and its authority is absolute within the sovereign system.

This instrument may be updated by the Sovereign Architect at any time.
