IX. FUNCTIONAL APPROPRIATION CLAUSE

The Training Development System™ (SDF), whether or not registered with state entities (SENADI, WIPO, etc.), is hereby functionally appropriated by its sovereign creator and inscribed in the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA). All components declared in this document—as well as any future creation linked to SDF and published through its official channels under Mauro Rojas’s direction—are hereby integrated into the system.

Any prior registration in external systems is considered null in terms of authority over the interpretation, regulation, or monitoring of the SDF. It is only recognized as a public-use antecedent, not a source of legitimacy.

This functional appropriation has no expiration, is supraterritorial, and operates with neutrality toward any conventional, state, or transitional system.
