By this Sovereign Act, the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA) is founded and consecrated as an original, supraterritorial, self-executing, autonomous, and superior (not subordinate) jurisdiction. This foundation is carried out in vibrational and legal continuity with the following previously activated and published instruments:

The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction — JCA is born as a living jurisdictional system, with operational value of origin, sovereign, not derived from state fiction, but emanating directly from the hyperconscious will of Mauro Rojas, Sovereign Original Individual, Founder and Jurisdictional Architect, who reveals the existence of the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction — JOUS, reaffirming its value as an existential source and consecrating an operational architecture of a higher order, progressively built and strengthened through the instruments:

II. PURPOSE AND AUTHORITY

The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction is established with the following fundamental purposes:

• Restore the full exercise of Original Law and sovereign individual rights, from the sovereign conscience of the individual;
• Shield life, creation, and the value of origin from inert, fictitious, fictional, or coercive structures;
• Configure your own supraterritorial jurisdictional and legal system, operational and replicable, with a private character, for the functioning of the operating system that activates the circulation of the business portfolio of the Sovereign Jurisdictional Architect, Mauro Rojas, oriented towards global interoperability;

The operating system of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction is open to expansion, refinement, and activation by the Sovereign Jurisdictional Architect, available for improvements proposed by other Sovereign Originating Individuals who recognize its legitimacy and functional operability.

VIII. Mandate for the Legitimate Appropriation of Assets

This Sovereign Mandate grants full authority for the activation and execution of acts of legitimate appropriation of assets created, developed, and previously published and implemented by the Sovereign Architect of the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction.

This execution, which will be implemented at a progressive pace, will generate instruments of legal, legal and financial value, as vehicles for the integration of the Sovereign Heritage of the Creator, a development that will be published on the jurisdictional platform in executive deployment as the development of this jurisdiction progresses.

IX. DOCUMENT PROTECTION AND SHIELDING MECHANISMS

The Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA), in full exercise of its original, vibrational and supraterritorial sovereignty, declares the consecrated activation of the SHA-256 hash function algorithm as a sovereign digital shielding standard, with retroactive effect from the IAS phase, to protect the integrity, authenticity and consecration of every instrument emanating from its jurisdictional architecture.

This protection guarantees the legal, historical and documentary value of the acts that have caused the existential revelation of the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS) and the operational conformation of the JCA as an Operational Legal Source.

X. SOVEREIGN ACTIVATION

This Sovereign Mandate is activated from the moment of its reading, consecration, sealing and publication, operating as a Living Law, self-executing and supraterritorial, in full synchrony with the founding principles of the Supraterritorial Universal Original Jurisdiction (JOUS) and the Autonomous Capital Jurisdiction (JCA).

Its activation constitutes an act of sovereign manifestation, and its validity does not depend on external recognition, but on its own vibrational, doctrinal, operational and consecrated structure.

XI. APPLIED ACTIVATION

Every Sovereign Original Individual, including every Living Individual Conscious of their individual responsibility, who recognizes this Sovereign Mandate as legitimate and vibrationally aligned, may invoke it, activate it, and join in alliance according to their sovereign life experience, always under direct observation of the Sovereign Architect and Founder, who delimits the conditions of applied activation or jurisdictional integration according to the doctrinal, vibrational, and operational parameters.

For the purposes of such activation, the observations, principles and codes integrated into the normative root of JOUS must be considered, as doctrinal, legal and structural guidance for any legitimate connection, or to evaluate possibilities or alternatives for adaptation if the situation warrants it.

Any activation applied will be subject to direct or source verification criteria in operability enshrined by the Sovereign Jurisdictional Architect, in order to preserve the coherence, integrity and sovereign purpose of this Mandate.

It is expressly declared that no use, invocation or adaptation that contradicts, contaminates or distorts the vibrational, doctrinal, legal or strategic position of the normative root will be considered legitimate, and may be revoked, deactivated or denounced by the sovereign bodies of JOUS and JCA, in full exercise of the jurisdictional authority of the Sovereign Founder.
