This document formalizes the definitive transition from sovereign gestation to the doctrinal activation of the autonomous jurisdictional system created by Mauro Rojas, a pre-legal, pre-state, and pre-juridical Sovereign Original Individual, self-determined by living law, whose vibrational, operational, and doctrinal conformation is formalized in this Act.

The founding process begins on February 1, 2022. Every subsequent creation is built upon this matrix: principles, symbols, marks, timelines, instruments and documents ad infinitum are inscribed in the basal layer that this Act bears witness to.

V. CLOSING

With the signing of this act, the autonomous jurisdictional system activates its doctrinal and vibrational legitimacy from the sovereign supraconscious will, recognizing itself in the full and original exercise of legal and jurisdictional authority, with a supratemporal and supraterritorial character.
